To Strategy or Not To Strategy

This is a really interesting one - we talk about Strategies all the time. So often, I'm asked for a strategy to stop a certain kind of behaviour.

I want to talk to you today about turning that on it's head...  how can we look at strategies differently when we're thinking about our kids?
